Keep your plastic cards as carefully as you keep cash. Do not leave them in your car, restaurant, store, etc.
Never give your full credit card number over the phone to any persons or companies
Always have the emergency phone number of the bank that issued your card at hand, and contact the bank immediately if it is lost
Enter your card details only when making a purchase. Never provide them for any other reason.

Ready-made meals and food products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange after being handed over to the customer.
The customer may cancel the order before it is handed over. To cancel an order, please contact the restaurant at +7 (495) 150-06-55.
Refunds are possible in the following cases:
— cancellation of the order before it is handed over;
— inability of the restaurant to fulfill the order;
— erroneous debiting of funds;
— defects found in the order;
— other cases provided for by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

Refunds are made using the same method as the original payment. When paying by bank card, the refund is made to the card from which the payment was made.
Refunds are processed by the seller no later than 10 days from the date of receipt of the corresponding customer request. The actual time for funds to be credited to the card depends on the bank that issued the card.
Orders are delivered within Moscow within the restaurant's available delivery zone.
The current delivery zone, cost, and available delivery time slots are displayed when placing an order on the website or clarified by the restaurant operator.
The estimated delivery time is displayed when placing an order. The actual delivery time depends on the delivery address, kitchen workload, and traffic conditions.
After placing an order, and after online payment — after paying for the order, the customer receives confirmation on the website and/or via the contact details provided. If necessary, a restaurant employee will contact the customer by phone to confirm the order and clarify delivery details.
The order is received at the delivery address specified by the customer when placing the order.
